Writing Positive Messages to Your Employees

When running a business it is important to keep a good relationships with your employees.
Positive reinforcements for a job well done is very beneficial to the workplace. If an employee receives a good review from a customer, after encouraging them in person, it would be good to write them a positive message.
Make sure that your message is heartfelt, but still professional and to the point. When putting statements in writing, it becomes more real to the person you are communicating with. Writing positive messages will help your employees feel good about a job well done, and help your business increase in efficiency.

  1. Positive messages are important in any work environment. The cost of miscommunication can be high however everybody especially in the workplace needs positive communication in any form can be highly affective. As we all know positive messages are important with school age children but most people do not carry this into the workplace even though it can be effective.

  2. I like the idea of positive reinforcement in the work place. I know if I always had my work and projects in on time and done well I would prefer a nice job or keep it up. Instead there are some owners and managers that won't have any reaction to your hard work. I believe that positive communication can produce a higher and better output, just by keeping your employees wanting to do their best.
